Taira Sensei has formed a new organization, the Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate Do Kenkyukai. The organization's new site at http://gojuryukenkyukai.com is now operational. All of the video material from tairabunkai.com is available there, and we'll be adding to it. It's the site that we've been wanting to build.
People from all karate groups are welcome as members - no pressure to practice Taira san's karate, or Goju Ryu, or anything, Just come, join the research community,get access to lots of material and like-minded others to talk to. Take what's valuable back with you to your dojo. There are lots of other researchers out there doing the same thing - they're open to your input, open with their teaching, and best of all they have open minds. So bring an open and inquiring mind and join us.
Membership at the new site is 10,000 Yen per year, for all categories of member.
We have disabled about 600 accounts as the first step to shutting this site down. The most recent active accounts have been left live for another week or so.
